At what point will all matter in the universe enter a state of negative entropy?

Have scientist tried to work this out based on the observable universe?

  1. What is negative entropy?  Things becoming MORE organized?  I'm pretty sure that violates a law of thermodynamics.  You can be arrested for that.

  4. when the universe has reached its maximum expansion from the big bang as you know that universe is accelerating away from us (  this wouldn't happen as no one knows if there is any boundary to the universe it might be infinite )if there is one then the big crunch might happen were the universe would be accelerating towards us any of this happening is very unlikely
