  1. the following informations are just valid for the 747-400:

at this plane, the autobrakes go automatically from rto to off (or disarm) after take-off and gear retracted.

well it really depends on the aircradt and what your weight is. When having a take off with 700,000 pounds, you will take off at a speed of 180 knots. When in the air, you first accelerate your speed to V2+10 knots until you reach you flap retractions speed (which is often at 1500 ft). When reaching this altitude, you begin to pitch back to half of your initial pitch, and accelerate normally to 250 knots (because under 10,000 ft, 250 knots is the maximum allowed). At your instrument where you can read your speed, there are some green lines followed by a "flap" number. I.e., at 210 knots, you have a green line which the number 5. This means that when passing this 210 knots, you retract your flaps to 5°. At 230 knots, you have the grren line 1. So, passin 230 knots, you retract it to 1°....And so you continue until you are retracted fully.....

YOu don t have a special rate of climb, it all depends on the specific flight.

what you mean by. and even your 155 knots are not valid for each of your flight....

  2. Select off on the auto brakes during the after take-off checklist.  Flap retraction usually begins at 1000AGL. What kind of aircraft are you flying?

  3. You would set your autobrakes back to the OFF position after you've retracted your landing gear. Flaps would be set back to 0 degrees when you pass 210 KIAS (flaps should be retracted to 5 or less degrees when passing 180 KIAS). Just some extra information: Your VS when just after take-off should be 2500 fpm at 250 KIAS with the autopilot switched on (above 500ft)~
