According to my calculations it would be around 31.65 degrees Fahrenheit.  That is assuming no wind and the fly has plenty of garbage to feed off of though.

Below freezing I guess.. I just had an intense showdown with a stupid fly that was hovering around a lamp next to me.... I took out a fly swatter and pounded the little thing. Ugh... what's the point of them?
