Not radio, but mp3 player.  The building I work in has a lot of steel and aluminum, which acts as a shield for most radio transmission frequencies.  There's also a police station across the street, and I think that plays a part.  I can pick up a few stations, but none that I really care for.  I used to have XM radio, but that got to be too expensive so I cancelled it.

I love music, but prefer to listen in the evening, or walking to work.

I would hate to have the Radio blasting 24/7, when I am trying to concentrate.

I work in a school kitchen and we have our local radio station on (Trent FM) as long as there is no assembly going on in the hall.

We need music to keep the calm!! It's hot and busy in there.

i always like to listen to music and be on the computer and watch t.v thats one thing about third shift i love can a job get any easier

Me? No. I don't need a radio on all day. I like to listen when I've got the time but I like to enjoy it. In my work, it's on from other people and I usually don't like what they listen to but it doesn't matter because I am moving around the shop all the time and don't hear it too much.

I work at a desk but I generally have Yahoo Jukebox streaming just for background noise.
