Organize them someway. Make sure the size and price is on each piece. Hanging is better and you will not have a mess each time someone goes through a pile.

I hang and price all nicer things, like dresses, sweaters, etc., and put size on tag. T-shirts, shorts, jeans, etc., can be put neatly on a table and grouped at one price for any one piece...makes it easier.
