Ate at Harry Carays Restaurant this weekend they have the best homeade chips EVER anyone have a recipe?

  1. I couldn't find a recipe, but I did find an article that says:

    Their signature Holy Cow chips are seasoned with paprika, garlic and salt and pepper...

    Maybe you could experiement with these seasonings and come up with something close to the real deal.

  2. Chips=pommes frittes or chips=crisps?

    You cut them according to the answer to the above question.

    Fry in oil at 160°C, and remove to paper or another way of allowing the oil to drip off.

    Then fry at 180°C until golden brown.

    Sprinkle with a mixture of sellery salt, paprika and just a little powdered sugar.
