Ate someones burger and feel not just guilty - PIC?

Question

Ok I saw the burger....it was all alone....I shouldn't have done it but I did. It tasted great at first but the thing is the chilli was way way too hot, my tongue has not stopped stinging since - maybe its karma - anyway it seems to be getting worse, my friend says I should get it looked at:
