Ate wayy too much? (easy 10 points)?

so today i ate way too much (time of month)...

-brown rice with green beans

-deli chips

-3 spoons of peanut butter

-4 cookies

1.) How many calories would you estimate i've eaten.

2.) Make me feel better.

3.) Why does your period make you so awfully hungry?

  1. an average serving of brown rice is 108 calories.

    deli chips can be about 150

    the peanut butter is roughly 190 calories

    and the cookies is maybe 192

    this all makes 640 calories

    But to be honest i don't think it is bad at all.  i mean maybe go for a walk.  And if this is all day that many calories aren't bad.  And you ate brown rice instead of white which is like ten times better than white.

    It just does, but don't worry about it.  it is not the end of the world.    You won't get fat, or overweight for splurging one day.  Don't stress over the calories though.  


  2. What happened to breakfast, lunch and dinner on that list?

    That's not eating a lot.

    My period doesn't really make me really hungry. It's not pregnancy.

    The amount of calories in your ahem...overindulgence!....is miniscule but of course I can't give you a very close estimate without exact quantities.

    We are allowed to eat c**p, cry for no good reason, get pissed and mooch around doing nothing if we d**n well want to at that time of the month.  Go eat some chocolate.

  4. thats really not that much....trust me, i ate WAY more today...lol u eat a lot when its your time of the month, because your hormones are off balance
