I'm Christian... but not the usual one you would know.

-I believe in God

-I don't force Scripture on people. (never will)

-I Never have said anything bad about non-religious sects/groups.

-I have no problem with homosexuality Which is kind of rare to find in my religion

-I donate money to the Church AND to the homeless shelter. (I make sure were the Church donates the money.)*

-I don't threaten non-believers with h**l, if they don't believe, than I don't force it on them. Nor will I 'd**n' them either. That's not right.

-I'm Open Minded to all questions any other religion asks because I love talking! and I love people!

-and lastly I Don't judge people, and I will still be friends with them no matter the religion, race, etc.

I have friends that're: Christians, Atheists, Pagan, Agnostic, Satanist (She's nice... I don't have to agree with her),

I have g*y friends, I have Straight friends, I have coloured friends.

I believe to Love thy neighbour, and not judge.

Would you consider me a friend?

  1. Atheists will probably love you. You havn't a clue what you believe. It certainly isn't the teachings of the bible.  You don't mention the name Jesus once yet say you are a Christian.

Christians believe what the bible says and most of what you say in your question is complete disobedience to scripture.

Would atheists consider you their friend, of course they would, you are giving yourself to them on a silver platter.

  2. My best friend and a lot of my family are that way.

  3. You had me at, "I don't force Scripture on people. (never will)."

  4. I'm not sure why you feel the need to tell us this.... well done for being a nice person but those facts have nothing to do with atheists.

  5. Yes, I would. Actually, I have quite a few Christian friends who are like that, and they're completely awesome! ;-)

  6. Yep. You sound like most of the Christians I know.

  7. Yes I certainly would. A broad, minded reasonable, non prejudiced person like yourself is really quite rare. You will however receive some very nasty answers. You will never be able to make all the people like you. Just a small question, why do you feel it important that these people would consider you as a friend?

  8. Yep.  I have plenty of Christian friends like you.

  9. Well, not really because I don't know you but since I'm pretty friendly and you seem more than friendly I really doubt we wouldn't have ANY trouble getting along.

  10. Cool. If I knew you personally, I'd consider you as a friend.

I really don't care what you believe. Friendship is a different matter.

  11. of course

  12. Cat sure 'ain't got your tongue!   :-)

I think that you are a great example to other Christians, have a star. I have to say, no- I wouldn't consider you a friend --- but only because a friend has to be someone you know. You are (no offence) a complete stranger on the internet!  Would you settle for "Affable Acquaintance"?  :-)

  13. Welcome to my circle...

It's all anyone can do, I would be honored...

  14. I've always said if Christians were the way they're supposed to be (following the teachings of Jesus) they'd be decent people--still deluded, but decent.

  15. Sure. I have friends that are religious I don't dislike religious people who are nice.

  16. Of course I would. You sound like a nice, intelligent, respectful person.

  17. Not if you truly believe that your God is going to destroy or torture me for eternity because of my disbelief.  If you believe that, I would expect you to do everything you could to save me from your God's sense of justice.

  18. If i knew you, yeah no problem, i don't actually have a problem with what people want to believe in either :D

It would be boring if everybody just agreed with each other...

  19. You are all things to all people.  I will take a Christian that stands up for the Gospel and God thank you-

  20. Good for you.  What, you want a trophy or something?

  21. I don't know you, but if all Christians were like you, the world would be a better place.

  22. I think that's great. I would be friends with you probably. My roommate in college was religious and we got along great. She would talk to me about her religion and beliefs but I never felt forced to think as she did. We didn't agree on politics either. Although I have come to her side. Don't change. Be who you are and it sounds pretty good to me.

  23. I used to be religious, my latest ex-boyfriend is hugely religious. I have no problem with the people, it is the core of most religions I find offensive personally.

  24. Yes.

  25. Will atheists or satan call you "friend", yes

Will Jesus call you "friend", no.

  26. Yes. I have friends and relative just like you. {{hug}}

  27. I'm afraid I'd have a hard time befriending someone who still refers to some people as "coloured". Other than that, you sound okay.

  28. This board would be boring if all Christians were like you.  Luckily there are Christians on here that will tell you that you are going to h**l now, so that should liven it up.

Oh, my Christian friends are like you, foxy black women.  Wait, I meant easy going.

  29. Yes and I think you sound like a great person. You have the characteristics of Jesus himself (kindness, fairness, etc) and that to me is what Christianity should be about.

  30. yes I would...im Methodist....OOO
