The past couple of weeks have not been less than a roller coaster ride for the Indian Commonwealth Games Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee had to deal with a huge deal of criticism from the local and international communities. The officials
were accused of being incompetent and corrupt. Some notables of the international sports arena were also of the view that amidst so many problems, the Delhi Games might as well not even take place.
It should be appreciated that the officials and representatives of the Organizing Committee fought all the controversies and confrontations with courage and now that the Games are drawing towards an end, fans and spectators are expecting a spectacular closing

One of the most special segments of the closing ceremony will be the one when the flag of the Commonwealth Games will be handed over to the Scots to invite the world to Glasgow for the 2014 Commonwealth Games. Although it is a small segment, it will showcase
