Athletic people how often do you work out?

Everyday or every other day. If you work on your arms how often a week do you lift?

  3. i lift hard and hevy 3 times a week at the gym. ;]

    the days im not working out, i do an hour of cardio

    i also do 20 minutes of interval cardio before my workout to get me warmed up.

  5. I work out every day, break a running sweat for at least an hour. I do weights 3 times a week but rotate which muscle group I'm working on. Stretching and cardio every day, though, unless I'm sick or really really tired, then I take it easy. Listen to your body :)

  6. work the arms no more than 4 times a week.  the legs can be worked out everyday because they can handle it

  7. i work out 5 times a week, i stopped lifting, a girl lifting 4 kg for each hand isnt pretty so i'm de-bulking, but i lift like 2 lbs now every 3 times a week!!
