Athletics carnival.?

this wedensday im having my athletics carnival im competitng in the 200m and 100m can u plz tell me somet that can boost my speed and stamina. im about 50 pounds and im 11. im quite quick for a chubby boy though my best time is 16 seconds...

  2. go with stuff to boost ure energy - coffee, coke, sports drinks.

    nah im kidding, water's better 4 a 11 year old.

    just train really hard but dont overdo it and sounds lame but believe in ureself and imagine ureself winning - no harm in that. LOL.
