The shredder runs like a charm in reverse, but not in auto. Wife put it in reverse the other day and returned the switch to auto. Without warning and no indication or man handling, it stopped running. (this is from a woman that breaks things with just a thought!). Either way, the unit should not have quit through normal or my wife's rugged use.HELP
