  1. theres a reason theres a new one the old ones horrible makes you feel depressed and gives you reeeaaally bad breath

  2. cant help much about differences...but all I know is that atkins means no no no carbs

    just protein

    e.g eggs, meat, fish

    no  bread, pasta, sugar

1 gram of carbohydrate stored in the body hold 4 grams of water....so therefore cutting carbs out means you loose a h**l of a lot of water and become apparently "thinnner" but less hydrated and healthy

Your bodies main source of fuel is carbs (gluecose/sugar) and so if no gluecose body will use stored gluecose, then turn to fats for fuel

but as soon as you eat carbs again...WOW YOU WILL ROTUND YOURSELF

look it up on google....it'll be more thorough :)

  3. there's not much diff tho you must eat lots of salad and veg think its about 23g of carbs th rest should be made up proteins ,ie fish, meat, you really need the book or join th atkins site where you can do lessons and ask lots of questions to experienced people.

  4. Basically this.  Eat lean meats (steaks, fish, pork) whatever, any type veggies,

fruits are limited eat berries and watermelon

and no rice, pasta, or bread.  ====No more than 20grams of carbohydrates a day for the induction stage.  This is where you want to stay until you get within 5 or 10lbs of your goal.  If you only want to lose 5lbs do this until you lose it.

You can then add in whole grain breads, pastas, and limited beans later.  Basically don't eat anything white unless it is cauliflower. :)
