Ummm honestly, I wish there was a site that you could look up background checks for free.. But there really isn't!!!!

If you looking into that as far as roommates or girlfriends though I would honestly just pay the money to do it. I made that mistake and I'm living the h**l now for it!!!!!

If it is in the Atlanta area, you can contact Dekalb or Fulton County. Ask them about their public records. Look the numbers up on the Web.
