I heard that there were ruins in Atlantis at Nassau. Is this true? How much does it cost to do stuff at Atlantis. All I've heard is that it is expensive, but I haven't seen any prices.

  1. Here are some pics of the ruins. They are pretty and the garden next to it is Versailles Garden. THe name of the ruins is Cloisters.

Atlantis to eat is expensive. Lots of people that stay there bring a suitcase full of snack or go out of the hotel to eat. THe Atlantis hotel is in Paradise Island not in Nassau.

  2. If you are thinking the RUINS of Atlantis.. then you are talking about the Atlantis DIGS and Grounds.  They are all fake. Replicas of what Atlantis may have looked like in the past.

The Garden ruins are from France and on the property of the Ocean Club.. NOT a part of Atlantis.

Expensive isn't the word for Atlantis.  Ridiculously expensive for the quality that you get.

If you are not a guest and want to use the waterpark, the day pass is $105 (about $70 more than a world class waterpark in the states).. and $35 for the aquarium, which is nice.. but it's just local caribbean fish.. nothing exotic.  $95 to feed the turtles, $260 to swim with the dolphins (even if you are a guest)

Save our money.. there's plenty of other things to do.
