Atletico Madrid President, Enrique Cerezo, has reiterated his stance that the club’s talented striker, Sergio Aguero, will not leave Los Rojiblancos for anything less than £39m pounds.
Aguero recently revealed that he wants to leave Atletico Madrid in the summer transfer window and has alerted several top clubs in the continent to chase his signatures. http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 and Juventus are looking to secure a deal for
the Argentinean striker.
The 22-year-old has a release clause of 39 million Pounds in his contract and Cerezo wants the suitors to match this figure.
Talking to the reporters, Cerezo said, "We are ready to sell him on the basis that clubs interested pay the €45 million clause [£39m]. And they will have to do it in cash. He has told us that he wants to leave. We are waiting for him to tell us his preferences,
but for the moment we have not received any official offer."

The striker played a huge role in helping his side win the 2009/10 UEFA Europa League and has formed a deadly strike partnership with

The President rejected the rumours that Juventus have bid for the player and stated that no club has come up with a concrete offer yet, and if the situation remains like this, he will remain an Atletico Madrid player next season.
"I read this, but at the moment the Bianconeri have not made an offer. We only know Sergio wants to go. If no adequate offer arrives, then Aguero will have a problem as he will not be sold."
The Argentinean international has made more than 200 appearances for the Madrid-based side and has scored 102 goals for the club so far. His goal-scoring ratio puts him amongst the best strikers in the world.
