Atletico Madrid striker Sergio Aguero to decide future after Copa http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/America-c38390, no Juventus deal
Atletico Madrid striker http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sergio-c33030 Aguero’s agent revealed that his client had not yet agreed to a deal with any side, refuting reports that the 23-year-old had consented to join Serie A side Juventus.
Previous reports had suggested that the Argentinean striker had signed for Juventus for an estimated fee of £22 million.
However, Aguero’s agent has denied such reports, confirming the Argentina international was still a Atletico Madrid player.
Aguero’s agent said while speaking to reporters:
“Sergio has two agents and we have both been in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Argentina-c2841, we have not met anyone.
We have not been in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Italy-c2926 or anywhere, we are in Argentina working on his future. He is quiet; he has delegated this to us and is now focused on the
Copa America.”
According to the player’s representative, Aguero was currently focused on the upcoming Copa America and did not wish to discuss his future at this point.
However, this did not mean that he had ruled out a move away from Atletico Madrid. Aguero is eager for a move to a top European side, in search for Champions League football.
This did not mean that European football would necessarily affect his decision of which club to transfer to in the summer transfer window.
Aguero’s representative continued:
“It is clear that Kun is eager to play Champions League football next season. However, it will not be a decisive factor in the decision on his future.
We are currently considering his options and many factors play a role in his decision.”
Aguero has also been linked with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Real-c30728 Madrid. With the amount being demanded for the player, Madrid are reportedly not to keen to sign him anymore.
This leaves big spending English Premier League sides Chelsea and Manchester City, with both sides looking to enter a bidding war over the Argentinean forward.
Aguero is currently valued at £22 million, an amount which is expected to go up as the transfer window moves into its final stages.
The 23-year-old is one of the most exciting and sought after players in this summer’s transfer window, which is why he expected to fetch more than he is valued at.
With the striker set to decide his future after the Copa America, which will be concluded in late July, his fate will be determined in the latter stages of the transfer window.
Argentina take on http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Costa-Rica-c2877 on 6th July and 11th July respectively.
Aguero is a keep player for his country; so far he has made 25 appearances for Argentina and has an impressive goal tally of 9 goals.
