The Argentine took Jose Luis Mendilibar’s rant at Atletico Madrid’s approach to their league match as a compliment and refused to dive into a war of words.
Atletico Madrid have made a brilliant start to life under http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Diego-c11058 Pablo Simeone, claiming three wins in four matches. The Capital club comfortably sit seventh in La Liga rankings and are two points adrift of a UEFA Champions League qualifying
berth.
Los Rojiblancos have found rhythm on their travels, winning their last two away games in emphatic fashion. Atletico registered a magnanimous 0-4 win at the expense of Real Sociedad and followed it up with a 0-1 win in Pamplona.
With the tide favouring Atletico Madrid, Diego Pablo Simeone stated that he is happy with the performance of his team and took the comments of his opposing numbers with a pinch of salt.
Osasuna coach, Jose Luis Mendilibar, was clearly upset after his team’s loss at home and berated the approach of 9-time La Liga winners as that of a small team.
Following the rant of Mendilibar, the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/River-Plate-c40368 manager stated that he takes everything as a compliment and does not want to get into any arguments with others.

Simeone added that his side has implemented changes in the tactical setup and not everyone can be brought on the same page in such situations.
"I do not know if Mendilibar said as a criticism, but for me it's a compliment. We have the heart of a team guy and that's important because we rely on our individual well".
"If the players are tired it means that we are good. The best thing that has happened since we got together is that we had to make changes and everyone has responded," he said.
Simeone’s return to the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Radamel-Falcao-c30276, has found his scoring boots once more, scoring 5 goals in 4 matches while performing under the new coach.
