  1. Normally temperature difference only produces high or low pressure .If the temperature is more over a place, the air over that place becomes warmer and less dense. So the pressure also becomes less(as pressure is the weight of the overlying column of air).

So, low pressure is associated with high temperature.Similartly we can say that high pressure is associated with low temperatures.

Sea breeze in the coastal stations can be shown as an example.

In coastal stations, the land is heated more than the adjacent sea during day time. This is because the sea requires more heat (as the specific heat water is more than that of soil) to raise its temperature equal to that of the land.Because of this, a temperature gradient is produced between the land and the sea resulting in a pressure gradient towards the land.Hence wind blows from the sea to the land.Wind blows normally from high pressure to low pressure. This means that high pressure is over the sea(associated with a low temperature) and low pressure is over land(associated with a high temperature) .

  2. As far as pressure in the vertical sense, and ignoring other possible factors, higher atmospheric pressure correlates to higher temperatures, while the opposite is true for lower pressure.

Now, rising pressure at the surface many times is a result of colder, denser air moving in (behind a cold front), while falling pressure at the surface is usually related to warmer, less dense air.

  3. higher pressure leads to warm fronts in summer but snow in winter, low pressure means rain.

  4. you have good answers allready, Also, high pressure makes clear skys, more sun radiation coming into earth surface

  5. I think it's the Higher atmospheric pressure the higher the temperature.

  6. higher the pressure higher the temp vica versa
