  1. ok, it happend 2 me,FILE  a complaint and say they didnt get it on there phone and if that doesnt work, i say pay it but go to another network!

  2. Is the "attorney" a bill collector. Send the "attorney" a "debt validation" letter. Make him validate the debt with signed contracts, payment history, an explanation what the debt is for, etc. Send the letter by certified mail and keep copies for your records.

Bill collectors who collect debts using the license of a "rent-a-lawyer" have is govern by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). They sometimes skirt the law in order to scare uninformed people into paying debts they might not owe or no longer have any legal obligation to pay.

  3. If he performed a service that was requested or necessary it doesn't

matter that they "did not get to use" it.

He did the work in good faith. he's entitlred to payment.

  4. My grandmother sometimes gets into trouble over things like this because of her Alzheimer's.   Call the company and ask , if they say they cant tell you because its confidential or other bs , explain the situation to them , or ask for a manager.

  5. Call him up and question his bill. If he cannot prove he performed a service , do not pay. Lawyers pad  and double bill all the time.

  6. Call them and explain the situation...... that should be all you have to do. They are usually very good at correcting their mistakes! Good Luck!

  7. I'd say it depends on what there trying to charge em for? you don't give much info so its hard to answer that question.. good luck with finding what your asking about just the same
