Att sim card? (pls read detail)?

Can you use a sim card from a at&t plan phone in a pay as you go phone from the store? the screen on my phone went out,and i cant afford to buy another phone from att right now

yes you can i use a pay as you go phone even though i have a contract.  i use the pay as you go phone when i am driving my motorcycle just because there is a possability that i will drop it
