Attaching a strap to the Libec T58 Tripod

Question

I would like to attach a shoulder strap directly to a Libec T58 tripod, but am not sure where the best places would be to attach it, since there aren't any obvious places. I want to be sure that I attach the strap in places that -- with everyday use and strain -- won't damage the tripod. Thanks for any suggestions you might be able to provide!
