Attachment parenting?

Question

I don't raise my son under any particular parenting style. His daddy works alot and so I've found that most of the parenting is done by me. We co-sleep, I wear him in a sling, breastfeed and most nights we bathe together. I was wondering... What exactlty is the philosophy behind attachment parenting? Am I an attached parent?
