Attachment?

My question is how am I going to include some attachments when I post a message on the discussion group?

It would depend if the owner has allowed attachments for the group.  

If allowed, you cannot include attachments when posting directly on the group's site.  You would need to send a post via email to the group with the attachments inserted.  Then the attachments still would not show up on the group site itself but would be included in group emails to members.
