Attack from guard position?

if you are in the full or half guard position, what is a simple technique that can be used against your opponent? I am new to MMA just want the easiest possible technique. thanks and please submit website with video / pictures

  1. i would just run and jump at them with your guard up and your knee out because your knee is incredibly hard and even if someone has there gaurd up a flying knee will smash straight through it. just make sure you land on your feet, they wont. good luck.

    Elbows are your best bet for high damage at short distances...if you want to improve your close range punches and knees and elbows, invest in a Wing Chung dummy. Wing Chung is designed for close quarters combat. when striking go for weaker spots, above the eyes with elbows, kidneys with your knees, jaw and chin with fists.
