Attempting to edit a WMV? How do I cut out pieces I dont want? I ripped from a camcorder DVD and I need to...?

Okay, I shot a film project using a mini dvd camcorder.. I know have that footage in one solid WMV on my computer and i want to cut out certain pieces of it and piece it together. How can I do this?

I have Adobe Premiere Pro Trial...

ick...   .wmv files have so much quality loss.

if you have premiere pro trial then just import your video into your folders, drag it into the timeline, and cut away.  the shortcut should be ctrl-V to make cuts.
