  1. A friend of mine didn't start until she was a Junior, and everyone said that she was really good.  I'm a guy though, so I know absolutely nothing about dancing and tumbling.  I hope that helps though.  If you work hard enough, u could pull it off.

  2. simply do cheers cheers up hurrah hurrah and greet one and all on the accasion happily

  3. take dance:

*Hip Hop and Ballet and Jazz

Cheer requires these aspects for The dance portion of the Cheers

    Take a basic tumbling class

MOST IMPORTATNLY- Prefect your backhandspring. This is the basic tumble for all cheer moves.

    Good Luck

  4. You are never too old to start doing something that you really want to do.

I do recommend you start dance classes.

But i am really stressing the importance of taking a tumbling class. Not only will it help you in perfecting the basic foundation of cheer leading, it will also give you an advantage at try outs(which is good since you attend a big school and a lot of other girls are competing against you).

Most coaches ask if you have tumbling experience, and if you do it's an automatic point in your favor.

Remember, coaches look for the girls who are already good, so that they can work on making them even better.

Just be warned, that there will be girls and guys there who have been doing this all their life and you will have to work extra hard to catch up. But if this is something you realy want to do, then do it, do not let anything get in your way. Try your hardest and learn all you can. And remember to have fun.
