I'm curious if I am getting the shaft in my position or if I am doing well. Going on 3 years with a company and I'm making about $37,000 annually. I feel like I'm underpaid most of the time. How much are you making? And if you want to, tell me what company you work for.

  1. That really depends on your compensation structure.  Most of these positions are paid to some degree based on your assets under management and/or level of production (ie revenue generated for the company) so if you are unhappy with your pay then ultimately you need to step up YOUR efforts, take accountability for your success, and lose the victim mentality.

If you are giving it your all and doing everything in your power to attract new clients/assets and are still stuck then maybe its time to find a different career
