Attention all BLONDES! I need your help!?

Question

I have naturally brown hair with a lot of blonde highlights, but I would like go all blonde. How do you blondes keep your hair looking good without color fading, getting brassy or really dry? I spend so much money in products - I buy expensive and drugstore shampoos/conditioners - but I have not found a miracle product. Can I go all blonde and still have nice hair??

Ok so i HAD the exact same problem accept i also straighten my hair on a daily basis so the dryness was really really bad. start by choosing a blonde thats not too far off your own blonde tones so it doesnt look too fake, second invest in a a really good toner and use that instead of conditioner (that way you dont get the brassy dull tones when the colour starts to fade), when the colour gets too dull leave the toner in longer so you can rush to the hair dresser for a touchup.

as for the dryness- i found that leaving the toner in was like using a conditioning mask for my hair on a daily basis! i now also use GHD heat protecting spray when i use my ghd straightner. I also choose not to dye my hair in winter (firstly because your skin is lighten so blonde looks really blond against my more pale skin and secondly hair drys out quicker in winter so its a nice break for my hair.
