Attention all Red Sox fans?

Do you all want to murder Clay Buccholz alongside me? That son of a b*tch couldn't even hold on to a freakin' 4 run lead in the first 2 innings and ends up shooting our chance at a sweep right in the head...not to mention he had that flash of brilliance with the no hitter and then started falling apart...wtf is wrong with this guy.

Seriously, he's kind of irritating me right now.

Okay, yeah Clay is really sucking. one reason for this would be he has zero confidence. i would think that he should be sent back to the minors and see if he can get his form and at least gain some confidence.

As a Yanks fan, I can't for the life of me figure out what's gone wrong with Buchholz. I'm starting to doubt he was ever any good to begin with...I wouldn't worry too much, though. The rest of your rotation is great.

Buchholz belongs in AAA right now, I expect he'll regain his ability/confidence, and whatever else he's missing right now. He just doesn't seem to have it lately.

Clay will end up becoming a top three starter in the Sox rotation....just not this season.  Thankfully, Wakes is coming back to the rotation next week.  Let Clay get his confidence back at Pawtucket.

EDIT:  Just announced on NESN, Clay has been optioned to the Portland Sea Dogs(AA).

I don't want to murder him but he should be sent down to Triple-A and stay there for a while...nah its much better if he just stay in Pawtucket the rest of the season and work on his mechanics....

So he lost the game, big deal.  He will be okay in the future but he & his team lost night to the Orioles & I enjoyed the game myself
