Well these photos shouldn't really hit as shocking, b/c hey, he is entitled to have fun at 23, but it is kind of different to see him from the good old boy you see on tv..

but hey, everyone needs to have fun, especially at his age..

Give the guy a break ... he's human.  He's done some stupid things (underage DUI arrest) and never did that again.  He's still the greatest swimmer of all time.

LOL.  A lot of these have been photoshopped, if you look carefully.  However, if you look down to the one where he is in the Raven's jersey, I think that woman is his on-again off-again GF who  graduated from Michigan recently.

Posing for pictures with a bunch of girls who wouldn't go near him if he wasn't famous?  I don't know how much fun *that* would be.

Cute?  He reminds me of Little Nicky.

I'm sure he's a nice guy, though.  I wonder how much time he spends swimming?  Wouldn't be much fun to be his girlfriend, I don't think.

okay phelps trains for five hours a day, he deservers to have a little fun, just like anyone.

either way, partyer or not he still won the eight gold medals, hes still the best swimmer thats ever existed and hes still a beast.
