Attention all medical specialist i need your help please !?

i had a cat scan to check on kidney stones and when i picked up my results from radiology it said i have mildly enlarged spleen with a nodule on it along with bilateral ovarian cysts difficult to measure due to fluid in pelvic cavity i m going to the doctor next week what does this stuff mean ?

It will depend on the context, i.e. your age, symptoms, physical findings - your doctor will want to do a complete history and physical- this quite well could likely just be an incidental finding.
