hello, ok im starting a adult womens team and need drills for practice, i need drills to help get the cobwebs off some of us havent played in a while and we need some drills to turn on the light again...i need some diving drills, hitting, passing, blocking...i need it all...i want them to be as fun as possible but also good. thanks

  1. it depends on how many people you have but a drill we did at camp and at tryouts is where you have half the people tossing and the other half passing or setting (whatever you choose to do first.)the pople tossing toss it to the people setting/passing and after you hit the ball you go on to the next person to toss to you so you're going at a constant rotation. and you go around like 2 or 3 times.


  2. this one you're going to need at least 5 people

    make a triangle then the 2 other people left (or however many) get behind someone in the triangle pass to the left or right and keep it going in the direction you started once you pass run to the person you passed to and get in line behind them.

    pepper is a good warm up game get a partner and bump the ball to them, they set it to you, and then you spike and switch it up and take turns but I like that one a lot it's super fun.

    for blocking runa lap around the gym or whatever something about the size of the gym such as your house or something like that  come around to the net, garage, or front door and just jump up and down with your hands up as high as you can for thirty seconds.

    for diving have someone spike a ball to you low and hard and try to hit straight back to them.
