Attention tech people: I need your help--is my TV/DVD player compatible....?

with DVD-R or DVD+R discs?

Please tell me which one(s)!

I have a Magnavox CD130MW8

If you just want to play the disc then you dont need to worrie about the compatibilitie. If it's a burner then you need DVD+R. The -R's are for computers.

Most DVD players these days read all formats.

Definitely DVD-R. For DVD+R, check if they have the logo on the door of the drive.

Maganvox is a Philips brand so I would be very surprised if they dont support +R
