Attestation of marriage certificate for visa?

Mu husband is in dubai and i need a visa to go there. Our marriage certificate is from Pune( a city in India). I know that it has to be attested once in India before it is sent to UAE. please tell me where should i get my certificate attested frm? also, please let me know any agent in pune who can do it.
