Can a NOTARY PUBLIC attest the photgraph ?

Who r the others who r authorised to attest photographs?

Will they attest someone who they do not know?

Can any Registered Medical Practitioner attest the photograph, even if not a government doctor?

what is the necessity to attest a photograph?

Who r gazetted officers who r authorised to attest the photo?

certain officers of government known as gazetteted officers, i.e their names are published in the govt gazet, enjoy this privilege , as they are the recognized bodies, apart from that the manager of a public sector bank or a post master, a principal of a school can attest   the documents.

the person need to posses a recognized designation.
