On average, how much does a server make per night? How about a hostess?

This would be a factor figured on area/ volume... this would all depend on how busy and how nice the general population is... I would say if you where in Baltimore MD you would get $300++ a friday/saturday night, but that would be a crazy shift and i dont think you'll want to work there long, and if you where to work in a place like Oklahoma city, i would say about $100 a night, it is slower and you can even get as low as $30.oo depending on the night...

This is generalizing on other restaraunts tips.. I havent exactly worked at a sullivnas, but only similar type restaraunts.

I would liek to tell you though, that the tips market is getting worse and worse, and many people arent working in tips jobs anymore, tips have been cut by 50% in most cases... people cannot afford to be as generous.
