Audi 14 – Las Monjitas 12: United States Open Polo Championship Player Ratings
Audi took on Las Monjitas in the third match of the 2011 United States Open Polo Championship being contested at the International Polo Club in Florida. Audi seemed to build upon on their recent impressive performances and succeeded to do so.
It was an open opportunity for both teams in the start to deliver their best games and improve their positions in the event. One wanted to continue their best form, while the other wanted to improve its ratings in the group ranks.
In an enchanting contest, which concluded with the third victory of Audi, there were loads of standout performances.

Gonzalito Pieres: 8.5/10
He was truly superb at times in the game and was the real planner of the triumph. He landed as to be a real striker with the potential to show top-drawer performance. He through his performance justified his worth on the field and scored eight times in the
victory. He was ruthless in front of posts and cashed almost every opportunity against Las Monjitas.
Marc Ganzi: 7.0/10
He displayed a very decent game at the number two position and scored four goals in the six-chukka action. He did a lot plenty of rides and moved around the field to score goals and to create chances for the front man. He assisted Pieres with wonderful passes
from centre of the field.
Rodrigo Andrade: 6.0/10
He was very active on defence and made some inspiring rides on the field. Luckily, he also scored twice in the game and assisted his team for the win. He took lengthy rides throughout the field and covered most part of the field. Apart from a few missed
shots, his game was unquestionable.
Nico Pieres: 5.0/10
He was not at his best and failed to score any goal in the game. He was playing at an unusual position and that was the reason behind his failure. He also could not block attacks from the other side. He used to take lengthy rides and left the place open
for Las Monjitas. He also failed to meet with the speed of opposing strikers.
Las Monjitas
Agustin Merlos: 9.0/10
He improved immensely and was highly productive on the field against Audi. Merlos was always looking to mark a score in the game. His performance would be imprinted in the minds of polo fans and lovers for a long time. He scored nine goals in the game, but
they lost the game. He was unbelievably fast on the field, but failed to bring his team-mates into the game.
Eduardo Astrada: 6.0/10
Astrada was in right place at the right time for both defence and the offence. He created many chances for Merlos and provide him plenty of fruitful opportunities. He worked hard for his team, but could not show impressive defence.
Camilio Bautista: 5.0/10
Bautista had a disappointing game and attempted to struggle with pace and movement of Audi’s striking line but failed to do so. He could not mark any goal and as well missed numerous shots in the game.
Santiago Toccalino: 4.0/10
It was a performance not to remember, the number four position player, could not handle the pace and potency of Audi's strikers. He could be called a failed player of the game.
