Audio Issues. On my maestro 3225...I go to Sytem Settings.audio and unmute speakers and turn

On my maestro 3225...I go to Sytem Settings.audio and unmute speakers and turn volume up full...run the audio diagnostic and nothing...On the map screen the speakers are muted...so I unmute in the map screen...return to system settings.audio and the setting is mute...is there a fix?
