Audio - Subtitle Problem?

I download a movie extension .avi , this movie comes with no subtitle . Later on i find the english subtitle for the movie on a website and i add it to the movie location folder . when i play the movie using media player classic the subtitle appear but the audio disappear , when i play it with nero showtime the audio play normally but the subtitle is not recognized so how can i play the movie with subtitle & audio together ?

P.S: Video: XVID 624x352 23.98fps 735Kbps [Video 0]

Audio: Dolby AC3 48000Hz 5ch 384Kbps [Audio 1]
