Audio and video are wayyyyyyy offf

Question

I've burnt my first dvd and it work.. but! the audio and the video do not align. Like I can see peoples lips moving but 3 seconds later the voice comes.

I used TMPGenc to convert and Nero to burn. How can i fix it?
