Audio problems with PC and TV?

I started watching Internet video on my home television. Video comes out fine by using S-Video, however, Audio portion of it using RCA jacks is humming. Is there a way to fix the humming? thanks

  1. That is called a Ground Loop hum and is caused by having the two electronic components connected that way.  Check out the link for a detailed explanation.  You can rid yourself of the hum with a ground loop isolator.  Here's one from Radio Shack: http://www.radioshack.com/product/index....
