Audio signal and delay ????

does anybody know what is the rate of delay (Milliseconds) for each one meter of audio cable i need to know the delay between a mixer and amplifier where the distance is 30 meters

Even in a slow cable you're looking at 65% of the speed of light.  That's about 0.00000015 seconds or 0.15 microseconds or 0.00015 milliseconds.  You'll never hear or notice anything in audio.  Threre's much more delay getting through an amplifier than that length of cable.  An amp might have 2 microseconds and you still won't hear it.
