Not that I know of. You could make a video into just audio. But I'm sure you can't do it the other way round. Sorry mate, keep on smiling, Nat :)

Sure - make a video (just a black screen - background of a title page) and add an audio file to it.

The video will play with the audio, but if you keep a black screen on it, nothing will show.
