Audio/video help.?

Question

Please, answers the following questions:

1) When I upload a video from mi camera to mi computer... the video an AVI... the thing is that I want to take the audio of the video and turn it into an MP3 song.

(it's a music video :P) How can I do this?

2) How can I download videos available only at youtube?

3) Let's say that I have two videos... one of me singing, and the other of a friend singing... I want to mix them like... getting the two videos in one (including the audio) like this one:

a. download AoA Audio Extractor (freeware) to xtract  or

b. Drag & drop video file to MUSIC track in timeline of video editing app, then save as audio  (see 3)

a. use video editing app with 3 or more videotracks in timeline
