What document check *Under Trust Hospital Audit *??

In so far as building the audit report is concerned it has to be the same as in other audit cases.

But in so far as document check is concerned. Go through the trust deed of the hospital under reference carefully. Make note of extra provisions (if any) in the deed and make sure to check the documents which govern the follow in lettter and spirit of these provisions.  Other than that document check list shall be the same as in case of any other general audit.
