Audit firm?

in what audit firm is it better to start??(one of the Big4)...because i have some offers but...it's hard to make a decision

For 2008, they rank in Fortune magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For" as follows:

E&Y - 57

KPMG - 71

PWC - 90

D&T - 95

becasue u cant sim in a ocean

study the local CA office who have good exposure works

and join with them

The rankings change every year- I wouldn't put much stock in that.  I think it's more a ranking of which companies have the best advertising ;)  They are all pretty much the same, and it's very common for people to jump back and forth between the firms.

Pick the one that you felt was the best fit for you.  Consider their expectations for the number of hours you'll work, benefits and training offered, types of engagements you'll be on, personalities of the people you met and how well you felt you "clicked" with them, etc.
