1. If you're trying to be famous, quit now. That's the best advice I can give you. If you truly want to be an actor, study your craft, obsess over it, and work will come to you.

    1. If you really want to be on a specific channel, google the channel name and type Agencies after it. What will pop up are agencies that have had their talent booked for job on that station. Call them up, chat with them about representation.

    2. No, just no. With that attitude you won't be in either. The quickest way to do that is by being an extra. www.extrasaccess.com will help you get there. But don't expect to be an actor if all you care about is making it to the big screen or dvd. The actors who care about their craft and study it every chance they get, are waaaay in front of you to make it big.

  2. My friend went to Los Angeles and sat waiting for 8 auditions per day. She doesn't like to read so i don't know what she did to pass the time. Actually, i do know....she just sat. YOu will not be the one who chooses if you will be on tv or in movies. Whichever job you get will decide that. Probably you will get hired first for commercials. The pay is $2,000 with a max of $26,000 per commercial.

I hope you go try the auditions. But please take a book or magazine. You can join SAG quickly once you get a job. No rush.

    I hope you get famous.
