For anyone who lives in Omaha Plz plz tell me where I can get in an Audition for a small part in any movie or tv show or play or something!! I am 13 years old and Completly lost!! Please HElp!! Also What Is A SAG??

They don't make movies or tv shows in Omaha.  You can find a kids theater group and do school plays.  Do that and have fun.

It is unlikely that there would be movie auditions for a 13 year old in Omaha.  If there were, talent agents are the ones that would know about it. SAG is the Screen Actor's Guild  who make sure working conditions and pay are good for the actor.

A young teen needs to get a lot of acting expereince in school plays.
